Florida Turnpike Plaza Renovations
Pompano Beach & Okahumpka - These plazas will have a new 11,500 SF convenience store, new fuel canopy and fuel farm, new truck parking area, new impound lot, and various site/utility improvements. Contamination assessment and remediation will be required at these plazas prior to construction of new structures.
West Palm Beach, Canoe Creek & Turkey Lake - These plazas will require renovation of the existing restaurant building in phases, constructing a new 3,500 SF convenience store, new fuel canopy and expanding of existing fuel farm, constructing impound lot, resurfacing of parking areas, and site/utility improvements. Contamination remediation will be required at these plazas and removal of current remediation system.
Fort Pierce & Fort Drum - These plazas will consist of a new 40,000 SF restaurant building, new 3,500 SF convenience store, new fuel canopy, fuel farm expansion, and complete site rebuild. Contamination remediation will be required at these plazas. Additionally, the Fort Drum plaza will consist of a new water & waste water treatment plant.
